Vince has over 25 years experience representing clients in state and federal courts in general real estate, corporate business, and commercial litigation. He devotes a significant part of his practice to the representation of condominium and homeowners association. Vince also has significant experience in prosecuting and defending appeals. He has represented clients before federal and state agencies including the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, and the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. Vince also serves on the Hearing Board of the Attorney registration and Disciplinary Commission.

Vince graduated with high honors from the IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he was a member of the Chicago-Kent Law Review. After graduation, he served as a law clerk to Justice Calvin C. Campbell of the Illinois Appellate Court, First District, before entering private practice.
